• Describe the concern, population, and outcome in plain language.
• Answer only clarifying questions that would change the route.
• Compare two or three candidate questions and their tradeoffs.

What to save

Save the selected question and the reasons for choosing it.

• The transcript or conversation notes.
• The selected question and why it was chosen.
• Unresolved assumptions, evidence needs, and next checks.
